Before you apply

You do not have to figure out the next step alone. If you have questions about the program or are helping a loved one apply, call intake at 1 (800) 320-2377.

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You want lasting change and are willing to leave an addictive lifestyle.
  • You are willing to seek Jesus Christ as the only hope of a changed life.
  • You agree to follow program guidelines, procedures, discipline, and legal requirements.

Read the Resident Handbook (PDF) before completing the form. It explains the daily structure, expectations, and minimum eighteen-month commitment. Staff work with each applicant to determine campus placement.

Complete the application

Set aside enough time to answer each question carefully. After you submit, you must call intake at 1 (800) 320-2377 within 48 hours so the team can process your application.

After you apply

The applicant must call intake within 48 hours of submitting. Applications without a follow-up call from the applicant are archived and not processed.

Staff will talk through program fit, campus placement, transportation, availability, and what to expect before arrival.
