Kimberly leads ministry direction, organizational stewardship, and the day-to-day team serving Loving Hands families, residents, partners, and campuses.

Joseph supports ministry operations, legal counsel, and organizational systems that keep the campuses and support teams moving with clarity.

Ron Erie
Program Director – Palmetto
Ron came to Loving Hands in 2018, graduated in 2020, and now serves the Palmetto Campus after years of ministry leadership and resident care.
Dade City campus
Pastor Dwight Baker
Program Director – Dade City
Pastor Dwight has served Loving Hands as chaplain, volunteer Bible teacher, mentor, and now Program Director for the Dade City Campus.
Georgia campus
Olaf Flinkman
Program Director – Reidsville, GA
Olaf returned to Loving Hands in 2023 and stepped into Georgia campus leadership in 2025, helping men discover hope and transformation through Christ.
