Lead staff
Loving Hands is led by a team that pairs firsthand ministry experience with daily operations, admissions, development, campus care, and local store stewardship. Some of its leaders are graduates of the very program they now serve.
Board oversight and ministry leadership work together to keep the mission focused on Christ-centered recovery, discipleship, and long-term transformation for men and families.

President & CEO
Kimberly leads ministry direction, organizational stewardship, and the day-to-day team serving Loving Hands families, residents, partners, and campuses.
Operations
Joseph VanBlarcom
COO & Legal Counsel
Joseph supports ministry operations, legal counsel, and organizational systems that keep the campuses and support teams moving with clarity.
Development
Marshall Walker
Director of Development
Marshall serves partner relationships, ministry support, fundraising conversations, and development work that strengthens the mission.
Palmetto campus
Ron Erie
Program Director – Palmetto
Ron came to Loving Hands in 2018, graduated in 2020, and led the Dade City Campus as Resident Director and then Program Director before stepping into the Palmetto Program Director role in 2025.
Dade City campus
Pastor Dwight Baker
Program Director – Dade City
Pastor Dwight taught Bible studies as a volunteer for nearly a decade and served as Ministry Chaplain before becoming Program Director for the Dade City Campus, with more than 20 years in ministry.
Georgia campus
Olaf Flinkman
Program Director – Reidsville, GA
A graduate of the program, Olaf served addiction ministry in the Ocala National Forest, returned to Loving Hands in 2023, and stepped into Georgia campus leadership in 2025. He is credentialed with the Assemblies of God.

Travis guides intake conversations and helps men, families, and referral partners understand the next step toward entering the program.

Gina Springman
Thrift Store Manager
Gina leads Loving Hands Thrift Store operations and local store support, connecting community generosity with everyday ministry needs.
