Program Director — Dade City

Pastor Dwight Baker serves as Program Director of the Dade City Campus, a role he stepped into in January 2025. He first joined Loving Hands as Ministry Chaplain in July 2023, and had already volunteered with the ministry for nearly a decade, teaching Bible studies to residents at both the Dade City and Palmetto campuses. With more than 10 years of pastoral ministry and over 20 years in continued ministry, Dwight brings spiritual wisdom, compassion, and steady leadership to the men and staff he serves. He holds an Associate of Natural Science from Tomlinson College and a Bachelor of Biblical Studies from Kingsbury College, and enjoys table tennis, soccer, reading, studying Scripture, and time with his family. His life verse is Romans 8:28.
